You must have an OP3 account to submit a proposal. This is not the same login as your name and member ID on the main AAR Web site. Please create an account if you have not visited this page before. (If you have used the system before, you can log in with the password you chose previously.) Access to the proposal system does not require AAR membership.
Why you need a new login:
The AAR is modernizing its Web site with a new password-based user system. OP3 proposals are the first
service to use this new system; however, this password will eventually be used for the rest of AAR's services. If you encounter any problems or have any suggestions, please
email our support desk.
